I am a Civil Engineering Examinee from Cebu City. With high spirits and humble in attire, I beg your pardon for
reaching you out through email and at such an odd time. I would like to request a change in location of my
examination center from Cebu City to Cagayan De Oro City. This would make it much easier and affordable as it
would be closer to my home at this time of pandemic.
