5.Pipe Fender with carling arrangment to be provide (Pipe size 100 NB sch 40) as mentioned in Drawing Qty - 32 Mtr
6.Cross Bit (Pipe Size 100 NB sch 40) to be fabrication and installation as mentioned in Drawing Qty - 8 No's
7.Anodes to be installed as mentioned in Drawing Qty -20 No's
8. Lifting Lugs to be installaed as per the Drawing
9. Deck Coaming to be provided on Tank top as mentioned DWG Flat bar size 75*6 mm
10.Fender Rings to be provided as mentioned in Drawing Qty - 8 No's
11.Draft Marking to be installed as mentioned in Drawing
12.Drain Plug arrangment to be provide as mentioned in Drawing Qty - 6 No's
13.Tank APT to be done and Proved Qty - 6 No's (For each pontoon) by vendor
12.Skid for fabrication of the pontoon to be fabricated by the vendor at the allotted location at water level. The materials for fabrication of skid such as angle and channels shall be supplied
by CMSRU.

Terms and Conditions:

1 Work Completion period shall be 45 days from the date of LoI/ PO.
2 MS plate , MS pipe , Anodes and Fasterners will be supplied by CMSRU
3 Pontton to be fabricated inside CMSRU premises. The location for fabrication shall be allotted to the vendor.
4 All items in the vicinity including cables, equipments to be covered with fire retarted cloth to the satisfaction of safety offer.
5 Staging if required for undertaking the job has to be arranged by the vendor
6 Electricity in case of electric compressor shall be provided by the yard.
7 All measuring arrangements and equipments for carrying out APT to be arranged by the contractor
8 All blanking arrangements including gaskets, fastners, blanks, Mseal, adapters, etc to be arranged by the contractor
All Equipment (Welding machines, Gas Cutting sets, Grinders, etc) and Consumables (Oxygen and acetylene gases, welding electrodes, grinding wheels,
CO2 gas for Co2 welding etc ) for carrying out the job the job to be arranged by the contractor.

Make of Welding electrodes to be Used – Esab India Ltd, Voltarc, ModiArc Electrodes Co, KiswelSDN BHD Malaysia, Mailam lndia Ltd, Royal Arc Electrodes
Ltd, D & H Electrodes, Ador welding Ltd, GEE Ltd Kalyan.
10 All consumbales electrode , industrial gases etc. is in vendor scope
11 CO2 Welding machines with ELCB (30 Milli Amp trip current) and Oxy Actylene cutting only (with flash back arrestors) to be in vendor scope

12 All lighting arrangements (spark proof), Industrial DB, ventilation, blower with duct, consumables, Cables, Hand lamps to be in vendor scope
13 Cleaning of area of hot work to be done by contractor and clearance of site after work to be done by contractor
14 All work to be cleared by CSL QC
15 All material/man movement to worksite to be arranged by contractor. Only authorisation letter will be issued by CMSRU.
16 Parallel contract may be resorted by CSL in order to speed up pace of work
17 CSL safety procedures to be followed for entire period of work by contractor
18 All lifting tackles, tools and certified rigger required for shipping inside machinery spaces to be arranged by contractor

NOTE : Rate should be qouted considering the Space and power supply issued by the CSL

Per Qualification Criteria

i) Firms should provide previous experience of Fabrictaion heavy structure or similar activity along with offer. If the experience claimed by the bidder is of no
relevance with respect to Structure or similar activity, then such experience will not be considered for qualification. Decision taken by CSL in this regard will be
final.
