The bid documents and other details may be downloaded from the website
www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The EMD of Rs. 27200/- and non-refundable bid submission
fee of Rs.5950/- (including GST) shall be remitted through SBI MOP only). Mode of
payment other than SBI MOP will not be allowed. Bidder should ensure that bid
submission fees and EMD are remitted as one single transaction and not separate.
Separate or split remittance for bid submission fee and EMD shall be treated as invalid
transactions.
All Bid documents are to be submitted online and in the designated
covers/envelops on the above website. The bid shall be submitted in their designated
online covers. Bid shall be accepted only through online mode in the website and no
manual submission shall be entertained.
Originals of bounden agreement in stamp paper and signed copy of general
conditions of contract enclosed in a sealed envelope indicating Bid No. PMU/ PMD/E-
tender/43/2020-21/dated 29.01.2021 shall be submitted to the Executive Engineer before the
opening date.
All bidders participating in the tender should have a valid Digital Signature
Certificate availed from an approved Certifying Authority. The tenderer/ joint venture
should have valid ‘A’ class HT contract license from the competent authority. All
communications regarding the tender including queries if any shall be done online at
website http://etenders.kerala.gov.in
