Area of Concern:
1. All Lighting fixtures containing an electronic ballast must be earthed.
2. Important Do not do Megger Test fixtures with electronic ballast.
3. Lighting fixtures are fragile and must be stored in a proper manner to avoid breakage to the glass/diffuser.
4. Please store the fitting in a clean area under normal room temperature.
5. Please do not touch the surface of polished aluminum reflector with finger. Use plastic gloves.
6. For cleaning the surface of polished aluminium reflector to remove dust and finger marks, please use soft
material to avoid scratches.
7. Lamps are not covered under warranty.
8. Any defect has to be notified within maximum 1 month from the date of delivery, only then can we pursue the
matter with the respective manufacturer. No claims will be entertained for the late reporting.
9. For threw investigation of any cause of malfunctioning of defect in the luminaire the entire luminaire has to be
return to complete for proper investigation into the cause of failure. We will not accept only components for
investigation.
10. The guarantee or warranty is against any manufacturing defects only and does not cover any
misuse/mishandling/wrong storage onsite/inappropriate application/faulty installation.
11. No temporary power supply should be used (i.e. supply through generator) as it will result in blackening and/or
failure of tubes. It can also effect the components of H.F, control gear used. All Consequences for such operation
will be at contractors own responsibility and out of our warranty conditions.
