That the Janata Insurance Policy or policy to cover the compensation claims arising out of workman's compensation Act 1923 will be taken out before starting the work and also will be renewed during the construction work. |. That the debris shall be transported to the respective Municipal dumping site and challan to that effect shall be submitted to this office for record. ‘That the N.O.C. from A.A. & C. [K/West Ward] shall be submitted. That “All Dues Clearance Certificate” related to H.E.’s dept. from the concemed A.E.W.W. [K/West Ward] shall be submitted before applying for cc. . That the plinth stability certificate from R.C.C. consultant shall be submitted. . That the work-start Notice shall be submitted. . That the testing of building material to be used on the subject work shall be done and results of the same will be submitted periodically. That the quality control for building work / for structural work / supervision of the work shall be done and certificate to that effect shall be submitted periodically in proforma. That the NOC from PCO shalll be submitted. ‘That the work shall be carried out between 6.00 am to 10.00 pm only ( as per Circular No. ChE/DP/7749/Gen dated 07.06.2016). That the separate vertical drain pipe, soil pipe with a separate gully trap, water main, O.H. tank etc. for Nursing home, user will be provided and that the drainage system or the residential part of the building will be affected. . That some of drains will be laid internally with C.I. pipes. 3. That the dust bin will be provided as per C.E.'s circular No. CE/9297/II dated we 26.6.1978, . That the surface drainage arrangement will be made in consultation with F.E.(S.W.D.) or as per his remarks and a completion certificate will be obtained and submitted before applying for occupation certificate/B.C.C. . That the 10' wide paved pathway upto staircase will be provided. . That the surrounding open spaces, parking spaces and terrace will be kept open and unbuilt upon; and will be levelled and developed before requesting to grant permission to occupy the bldg. or submitting the B.C.C. whichever is earlier. |. That the name plate/board showing plot no., name of the bldg. etc. shall be displayed at a prominent place before O.C.C./B.C.C. . That every part of the building constructed and more particularly overhead water tank will be provided with the proper access for the staff of Insecticide Officer with a provision of temporary but safe and stable ladder. 12, That the letter box of appropriate size shall be provided at the ground floor. 13. That the infrastructural works such as construction of hand-holes/manholes, ducts for underground cables, concealed wiring inside the flats/rooms, room/space for telecom installations ete. required for providing, telecom services shall be provided. Ss 14. That the regulation No. 49 of D.C.P. Reg. 2034 shall be complied with. 15. That the Vermiculture bins for disposal of wet waste as:per the design and specification of Organisations/individuals specialized in this field, as per the list furnished by Solid Waste Management Department of M.C.G.M. shall be provided to the satisfaction of Municipal Commissioner. 16, That the Drainage Completion Certificate shall be submitted. 17. That the Lift Inspector’s completion certificate shall be submitted. 18. That the structural stability certificate shall be submitted. 19. That the Site Supervisor’s completion certificate shall be submitted. 20. That the water proofing certificate shall be submitted. 21. That the N.O.C. from A.A. &C: [K/West Ward | shall be submitted. 22. That the final N.O.C. from MHADA shall be submitted. D) CONDITIONS TO BE COMPLIED WITH BEFORE B.C.C, :- 1. That the certificate under Sec.270-A of the B.M.C. Act will be obtained from H.E.'s department regarding adequacy of water supply. Ss The necessary condition in the sale agreement to that effect shall be incorporated by the developer/owner. ‘VP & CEO / MHADA has appointed Shri. Dinesh Mahajan/Executive Engineer to exercise his powers and function of the Planning Authority under section 45 of the said Act.
