We, 1) xxxxxxxxxx, aged about 32 years, S/o. Ganesan, residing at D.No.

305/A, Jothi Nagar, Karanur, Kudiraichandai, Villupuram, Kallakkurichi
District- 606 202. 2) xxxxxxxxxxxx, aged about years,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx, residing at No. xxxxxxxxxx,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Road, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur District-
641 602.do hereby state and declare on oath as follows:-

1) We are the petitioners herein / petitioners in the above F.C.O.P.

2) We have filed the above F.C.O.P by mutual consent and seek divorce
between us.

3) Since, the 1st petitioner is in Salem and the 2nd petitioner in Tiruppur
and living separately for more than 3 years without any cohabitation. Since
both of us are working in different journals and unable to join together and
to represent before this Hon'ble court as we think. Hence, to get over from
those ailments and to prove our case before this Hon'ble court, it is essential
for us to engage an Advocate / Counsel to guide us properly and to conduct

the case in a proper manner. For the above said purpose, we have proposed
to engage our Counsel Sri. K. Subbarayan and Associates of Tirupur to
guide and support us to conduct the case smoothly.

4) Unless and otherwise this Hon’ble court has allowed us to engage the
above said counsel to conduct the case, we will be put to untold loss and
hardships and may prolong the trail of the above case.

5) By allowing us to engage the above said counsel to conduct the case

on our behalf none of us or others are going to be prejudiced in any way. On
the other hand, refusal to pass an order in our favour to engage the above
mentioned counsel on our behalf the loss caused to us will not be
compensated by any money value.

6) We have the prema facie case and the balance of convenience is also
in our favour.

It is therefore just and necessary that this Hon’ble court may kindly
be pleased to pass an order to permit us to engage an advocate by name Sri.
K. Subbrayan.B.A.,B.L., and his Associates to file vakkalath and to conduct
the case on our behalf and pass suitable orders.
