In our opinion, the final sentence of the post was not a sufficient starting point
because the "theoretical significance" aspect of the issue isn't quite enough to
get anyone talking about quantum dynamics. What he's actually saying is that the
physical system you're going to try and calculate is going to produce quantum
events without you realizing it. Because it's not possible to know the exact cause
of a particular event without knowing its cause. This doesn't make it much clearer
than you think but you do need to understand.
At first glance, there's no clear idea what this argument means and what it isn't.
I've seen people talk about the "quanta effect". "It implies something is going on
which makes quantum interactions seem impossible." But those are the claims, not a
logical explanation. Quantum mechanics doesn't describe how an object is moving,
nor what happens when an object is moved from one state of consciousness to
another. I'm just going to assume that's really what we need to explain how quantum
mechanics works, but it would be great if there was really a clear picture of how
the effect worked.

So what's a quantum theory to say about the meaning of the "quantum impact"?

First off, the implications are still a mystery! If there is a "quantum impact"
then why has everything happened so quickly in the real world? Well, let's take a
