Knowing how the world had change due to globalization, and its effect to our environment, this 5 year

plan and project, was developed to mitigate the effect of climate change without compromising the
ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This project entitled The power of renewables:
a step towards a greener Philippines wil focus on shifting the country’s energy sources from non
renewable, to renewable sources of energy. And to be able to do that for the next five years, we have
listed our objectives, programs, budget and environmental laws to ensure the success of the project.

Taking actions on how people help the environment to mitigate the effect of climate change, have
significant effect in preserving and protecting the future humanity and other earth’s life. As we take
action today, the future will show the results. Little by little, with patience and perseverance.

With that, this plan will be our way to achieve Greener Philippines. And For next five years we expect
that we will be able to shift to renewable energy and distribute clean power all over the country.
