Dear sir/Madan
I was recently of holiday and I studied English in New Zealand.
I’m writing because I was extremely unhappy with university study
tour than you offered me. In the advertisement says than the
accommodation was with a local family, but when I arrived, I didn’t
have lodging, I had to stay in a hotel and I would like a refund of
accommodation. You also mention do a tour to city, but we only
been in the center commercial. Some the classes were good, but
sincerely the study tour in New Zealand wasn't nice.
I look forward to your explanation of the complaints in this letter.
