FINAL DEMAND FOR COLLECTION OF UNPAID OBLIGATIONS

Dear Ms. Ortiz,

Greetings!

I am writing in behalf of CHONA MAGAT of Magat Tailoring pertaining to your

unpaid obligations amounting to Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand and
Two Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos (Php258, 257.00).

The above-mentioned amount came from your unpaid purchases of patches

accumulated from the year 2016 to 2018, as per my client’s records. (Please
see attached copy of records)

My client called your attention trying to reconcile your records and her records
but remain futile as you did not cooperate. Despite repeated verbal follow-ups
and demands for payment, you vehemently refuse to settle your obligations up
to this writing.

Hence, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount of Two
Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Seven Pesos (Php258,
257.00) within twenty (20) days from receipt of this letter. My client will be
forced to commence any appropriate civil or criminal actions against you and
seek relief from the proper court, should you fail to pay at the given period.

I trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to
avoid the cost and inconvenience of litigation.
