MOTION FOR EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT

Plaintiffs,1 by counsel, and unto this Honorable Court, respectfully

state that:

1. Judgment was rendered by this Honorable Court on April 7,

2021 granting the Plaintiffs’ prayer for the removal of the improvements
made by Defendant on Plaintiffs’ subject properties without any right to
reimbursement. The dispositive portion of which read as follows:2

“WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs

and against defendant.”

2. In the Entry of Judgment dated, there being no appeal filed by

the Defendant, the said Judgment is final and executory.

3. In view of the foregoing, Plaintiffs respectfully pray that a Writ

of Execution of the Judgment be issued against the Defendant.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully move that a Writ of Execution

of Judgment dated be issued by this Honorable Court against the
Defendant.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
