Ferenc Purczeld Bíró was known as Ferenc Puskás.
He was born on April 1, 1927.

He was a Spanish-Hungarian footballer and coach.

He was a member of the historical soccer teams of
Budapesti Honvéd Sport Egyesület and Real Madrid
Club, being the latter to which he owes his greatest
successes and world recognition.

He scored a total of 598 goals in European leagues.

He died on November 17, 2006 in Budapest.
