Continuous exercise helps us maintain a healthy physique; this depends on the type of
exercise we practice. We will maintain a healthy body, the joints will be in good
condition, the bones will become stronger, and our muscles will gain mass and strength.
But all this must be accompanied by a good diet.

In addition to all these benefits, we will also be mentally healthy, we will create a habit
that our body and mind will get used to, thus becoming more productive beings. If we
suffer from any type of problem, exercise helps reduce anxiety, stress and other types of
worries, our sleep schedule will improve and we will make better use of our time.
