Task Group Resource Management & Logistics (TGRML)
I. Overview
A web-based system which facilitates the encoding of procured and/or donated COVID-
19 supplies (such as PPEs and Lab Supplies), manages the allocation,
dispatching/distribution of the supplies to different health facilities and the tracks
reporting of the utilization.
Minimum requirements
• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
• RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
• Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher
• Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, Mac, Linux
• Web Browser: Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Internet

• Internet Connection: 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi Broadband Connection of 1 mbps or
greater
Get Started
1. Open your web browser and type https://csmts.doh.gov.ph into the address
bar to navigate you to the login page of the system.

▪ Username. Type your registered username here

▪ Forgot Password. Click this link to retrieve your password

2. After a successful login, the system navigates you to Stocks Inventory. Now
let’s get familiar inside the system.

Things to know…
a. Notification. This where you can receive alerts for incoming deliveries from DOH
warehouse and other communication.
b. Navigation Panel / Left Panel. This is where you can access the different pages of the
system such as your Stocks, Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity, Laboratory
Supplies Monitoring Capacity, and the encoding of your supplies, consumption and request.

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Stocks then your current inventory
will be displayed.

2. Click icon then select date range to specify what period of records you
want to display and you may select which item you would like to be exported.
Click the then select which file format you prefer.
3. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Stocks Detailed then your current
inventory will be displayed with additional info such as expiry date.

4. Click icon then select date range to specify what period of records you
want to display and you may select which item you would like to be exported.

Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity – Baseline will be displayed

2. Click icon to edit your baseline record, make the necessary changes and
click Edit button to save or Cancel to dismiss
4. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Daily then your record for
Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity – Daily will be displayed
6. Fill-up the form and click Add button to save record or Cancel to dismiss
7. Click icon to edit your daily record, make the necessary changes and click
Edit button to save or Cancel to dismiss
8. Click icon to view your current daily record and Cancel to dismiss

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Warehouse then your current
settings for your warehouse will be displayed. Please note that this just a
rough estimate of the capacity of your storage.
2. To update the capacity of your storage, click icon and enter the area or
dimension of your storage and the height. You should be able to see the
changes once you click the Edit button to save or Cancel to dismiss
