SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
TRACKING SYSYEM
Task Group Resource Management & Logistics (TGRML)
I. Overview
A web-based system which facilitates the encoding of procured and/or donated COVID-
19 supplies (such as PPEs and Lab Supplies), manages the allocation,
dispatching/distribution of the supplies to different health facilities and the tracks
reporting of the utilization.
II. System Requirements
Minimum requirements
• Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
• RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
• Screen Resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher
• Operating System: Windows 7 or higher, Mac, Linux
• Web Browser: Google Chrome (recommended), Mozilla Firefox, Internet
Explorer
• Internet Connection: 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi Broadband Connection of 1 mbps or
greater

Get Started
1 VISITING THE WEBSITE
1. Open your web browser and type https://csmts.doh.gov.ph into the address
bar to navigate you to the login page of the system.
Google chrome web browser was used entirely in this manual.

▪ Username. Type your registered username here
▪ Password. Type your registered password here
▪ Forgot Password. Click this link to retrieve your password

1. Type-in your Username and Password then click Login button.

2. After a successful login, the system navigates you to Stocks Inventory. Now
let’s get familiar inside the system.

Things to know…
a. Notification. This where you can receive alerts for incoming deliveries from DOH
warehouse and other communication.
b. Navigation Panel / Left Panel. This is where you can access the different pages of the
system such as your Stocks, Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity, Laboratory
Supplies Monitoring Capacity, and the encoding of your supplies, consumption and request.

Icons
Add. Display the encoding form
Edit. Display the record in a row to edit
View. Displays the record in a row
Delete. Deletes selected record(s)
Export. Downloads the record(s) into CSV or DOC format
Button Group. Select which action button you want to trigger
CSV or DOC. File format options
Show Entries. You can set how many records should be display
Search Bar. Let’s you search and filter your records

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Stocks then your current inventory
will be displayed.

2. Click icon then select date range to specify what period of records you
want to display and you may select which item you would like to be exported.
Click the then select which file format you prefer.
3. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Stocks Detailed then your current
inventory will be displayed with additional info such as expiry date.

4 TEMPORARY TREATMENT AND MONITORING CAPACITY
1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Baseline then your record for
Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity – Baseline will be displayed

2. Click icon to edit your baseline record, make the necessary changes and
click Edit button to save or Cancel to dismiss

4. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Daily then your record for
Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Capacity – Daily will be displayed

5 LABORATORY SUPPLIES MONITORING CAPACITY

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Baseline then your record for
Laboratory Supplies Monitoring Capacity – Baseline will be displayed
2. By default, it will appear as no data available. Click icon to add new

record. Fill-up the form and click Add button to save or Cancel to dismiss

6 ITEMS
1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Transaction then your record
Transaction will be displayed. These are your internal Initial Balance,
Procurement and Donations received

3. Click icon to edit your record, make the necessary changes and click Edit
button to save or Cancel to dismiss
4. Click icon to view your current record and Cancel to dismiss

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Receive then your record will be
displayed. These are items being delivered by DOH to your facility

record. You should see an item for receive from the options if you have been
notified about the incoming delivery. Fill-up the form and click Add button to
save or Cancel to dismiss

Consumption
1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Consumption then your record will
be displayed. These are your weekly reporting of your consumption

record. You should see items you currently have are listed. Fill-up the form
and click Add button to save or Cancel to dismiss

displayed. These are your list of requests made

request. You should see items you currently have are listed. Fill-up the form

1. From Navigation Panel (left panel) click Warehouse then your current
settings for your warehouse will be displayed. Please note that this just a
rough estimate of the capacity of your storage.
2. To update the capacity of your storage, click icon and enter the area or
dimension of your storage and the height. You should be able to see the
changes once you click the Edit button to save or Cancel to dismiss
