I myself know that among these key elements of a responsible manager the one I
am most accustomed to is Planning and organizing because I take into
consideration many elements before deciding on the final course of action and I
somewhat can identify who is best to execute a job among my team or crew. The
one that supposedly is my weakest area is Communication because right now I
still am a shy person with some difficulties in communicating with people I just
met or worked with, which will prove to be a huge obstacle in a workplace.
