1. What is the role of physical activity in your life?


- Physical activity has different roles, it may be for, work, sport, or just day-to-day activity.
Promote physical fitness, and activities to make a person stay healthy or physically fit,
reduce or prevent some diseases that might occur, and help not only your body but also
your mind in order to become physically fit and ready to face more intense work in life.

2. Why is sport considered to have an important role in society?


- (The role of sports in a society) (The societal role of sports) includes promoting physical
fitness and making people physically and mentally fit to help in everyday life. It also
increases social interaction with other people through competing with others and working
as a team, improves self-confidence, and promotes diversity, one great example of this is
the Olympics.

3. Why do people participate in physical activity?


- Participation in Physical activities can strengthen the body, and raise stamina and endurance
to do more activities where physical strength is needed. It also improves skills and boosts
one’s confidence. Furthermore, it is in order to maintain fitness and health to live a fit life,
improving health and helping in reducing the possibility of being sick or ill. And mostly, so
that they become physically and mentally fit in order to adapt to different circumstances in
life.
