reason that the code is so ugly is because it's broken (you may need to add stuff
to the code to be sure). I'd love to see a little code redesign that works with a
nice UI, but it can get kind of broken with these things all the time.. If I had to
take code away, it would probably be using the original code. So please help me out
when making all this stuff up. :)
