1) How will I receive my funds after the loan booking confirmation?

Once the loan booking is confirmed, funds may be transferred either to your linked Citibank Savings
account or to any other bank account in your name via NEFT.

2) How soon will I get my funds into my account in case of a NEFT?

NEFT is now operational 24X7, all days of a week except on national banking holidays. As a result, the
funds are transferred within 2 hours of loan booking.

3) What should I do if I don’t receive the funds in the account specified?
