Things to Ponder and Reflect

Please think about and reflect on the following premise, and write down your reflections in not
less than 100 words:

"If Jesus were physically alive today as a Filipino citizen, what will be his reactions to the
present political situation of our country? Why do you say so?"

If Jesus were physically alive today, he would surely be disappointed or unhappy, knowing that
politics here in the Philippines nowadays is unfair and dirty. Corruption is very common in the
Philippines, it is stated in the commandments of God that “Thou shalt not steal” but most
politicians are stealing money from people’s money. Killing is so rampant most of the time
during elections between those who run for a position. It’s said in the bible that money is root for
evil but money is used for political campaigns and vote buying to win in a position. The dirty
politics in the Philippines is the cause why the Filipinos suffered from poverty and hunger.
