I am writing to enquire about the conference facilities as well as the services of your hotel.

I am arranging a conference for 50 Human Resources Managers. I am interested in your

conference suite and hotel rooms for our delegates.

Our conference will be held in early June for two days. We have not decided the exact dates
yet. For the main session, I would need a conference room large enough for all 50
participants and several rooms with space for 10 - 15 people. In terms of accomodation, we
also need 50 hotel rooms for two nights of the conference.

I would be grateful if you could respond to me whether you can provide these facilities. If so,
could you separately quote for the conference venue and the guest rooms?
