Controller Assembly
1- Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of the unit
2- Check mechanical integrity of control knobs, switches, etc
3- Check mechanical integrity of connectors relays ect
High tension transformer
1-Inspection physically condition of the unit and also high tension cables.
2- Clean exterior of the transformer
3-Clean transformer oil and high tension termination.
Instructions: 4-Check primary connectors, main power and line regulation
X-ray tubes (over the table)
1-Check physical condition of the tubes I.E cracks printing & oil leaks
2-Check physical condition of the high –tension cables and check high –tension terminations
Ceiling suspension
1-check physical condition of counter weight, cables and clamps
2-check function locking mechanism.
3-check bearing of worn out and lubricate as required.
4-lubricate all the mechanical parts, moving parts and wire ropes if required
5-Checke collimation with the help of RMI collimator test tools
