TRANSFER OF POWERS
TUVALU – AUSTRALIA

The Government of Tuvalu has informed me that the Delegation of Australia is fully empowered
to represent Tuvalu from 26 September until the end of the Conference, and to vote and to sign
the Final Acts of the Conference on its behalf.
The instrument for the transfer of powers has been deposited with the Secretariat of the
Credentials Committee.
