Steps of Creating Ledger Accounts:

Step 1: Open Tally (Using Tally Prime in this example)

Step 2: Click on ‘Create’ under ‘Masters’

Step 3: Click on ‘Ledger’ under ‘Accounting Masters’

Step 4: Give an appropriate name to the ledger account and then select its type from the
‘under’ section.

Step 5: Lastly, give any other details if required and click on the Accept button.
