         It was submitted by Mr. Ankur Sharma appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.2
in B.P.No.565/2017 that on the earlier occasion, they have filed their reply as well as
Vakalatnama in the matter but he could not mention Diary No. regarding filing of the same.
It was further submitted that the Petitioner has also filed a Rejoinder to their reply in the
same matter and it was further prayed that he may be given one week's time for filing
fresh Vakalatnama along with the reply filed earlier.

           No one appears on behalf of the Respondent No.1 in B.P.No.566 & 567 of 2017.
On the last occasion, an opportunity was given to them by way of last indulgence to file
the evidence affidavit. The Respondent No.1 in B.P.No.566 & 567 of 2017 is absent for the
last number of occasions and, thus, let the matter be placed before the Hon'ble Bench for
passing appropriate order regarding foreclosure of their right to file the evidence affidavit.
List the matter before this Court on 27th September, 2021 for directions.
