John 1:35-39

The next day John (the Baptist) was there again with two of his disciples, and as he watched
Jesus walk by, he said, "Behold, the Lamb of God." The two disciples heard what he said to
them. "What are you looking for?" They said to him, "Rabbi" (which means "Teacher"), "where
are you staying?" He said to them, "Come and you will see." So they went and saw where he
was staying, and they stayed with him that day. It was about four in the afternoon."

Answer the following:

1. Read John 1:35-39. Imagine yourself as one of the disciples who decided to follow
Christ on His way back home. What did you learn about Him? What did he share with
you? What activities did you do that day? What did Christ reveal to you about Himself
during your stay with Him?

2. After the imagination exercise, reflect about your life. Draw a symbol that represents
your concern or problem at present. Then, draw another symbol to represent how you will
act or address your concern based on your encounter with Christ.

3. Write a short letter or prayer to Christ expressing how you felt about your encounter with
Him and thank Him for giving you the opportunity to know Him better.
