Good morning introduce me Wahyuningrum Ahzammubasharoh with the

number 2003102146 from the management study program. Here I want to convey why

I chose the management study program at UNIPMA.

The reason I chose management major.

1. Management majors have very good prospects and are broader. Because this is in

all fields or the world of work, knowledge-based management is very important and

always in order such as: financial management, production management,

operational management.

2. Apart from being in the business/professional field, management knowledge is very

important in managing daily life such as self-management and management.

Management knowledge can support a person's career in the world of work as well

as for those who will set up a business (entrepreneur)

3. Management science can grow one's leadership attitude. Those who have good

managerial skills can be sure to become good leaders in their environment.

4. Management science can shape a person's personality to become more responsible,

because they can organize every issue according to its place based on its priority

scale.

The science of management has an important role in many aspects of life.

That is the reason for entering the management department. Knowledge and skill goals

that can be applied in everyday life to realize a goal. Management graduates are needed

to be able to manage an organization with an understanding of employment law and be

able to communicate actively. study in the world of work so as to produce a more optimal

or maximum job.The advantages of graduates of the Management Study Program,

Faculty of Economics and Business Unipma are as follows: Able to explain economic

theories, both management and business. Able to identify, analyze, and solve

management and business problems with critical and innovative thinking.The reason I

entered the PGRI Madiun university was because of my interest in one of the faculties,

namely the faculty of business economics and I took a management study program that

has B accreditation. This university has advantages, namely very adequate facilities, a

fairly large sports gym, and an integrated lab.
