General Manager bertugas untuk mengambil keputusan dan tanggung jawab atas tercapainya tujuan perusahaan

1. Responsible for all departments or operations of the company, including generating revenue and controlling
costs
2. Handle company expansi
3. Create strategy in order to accelerate the company's performance and financial growth through performance
management
4. Create and develop short, medium and long-term strategies
5. Create customer-oriented strategy and connect customer needs with business strategies
6. Ensuring the running of operational activities and monitoring overall work performance
7. Monitoring Standard Operational Procedures and Key Performance Indicators
8. ROI Analysis
9. Improve management effectiveness by selecting, managing, teaching, advising, training, recruiting and
disciplining managers;
10. Communicate values, strategies, and goals; Assign responsibilities, offer educational opportunities; and
planning, evaluation, monitoring, work results; develop a climate to offer information and opinions; Develop
incentives;
11. Build a corporate image by working with customers, governments, community organizations, and employees.
Support ethical business practices
12. Coordinate various efforts to establish procurement, production, marketing, field services, and technical
services policies and practices; Coordinate actions with company employees

2. Maximum age of 45 years
3. Proactive
4. Bachelor degree all majors or business management
5. Min. 5 years of experience in GM on the same firm
6. Strong Analytical skill, Good Negotiation B2B B2C, strategic thinker and self-motivated team leader
7. Paham workflow atau bisnis proses all department
8. Good understanding about all department information systems, seperti majoo, jurnal.id, SAP, gaji.id dll
9. Outstanding achievment
