“Health is wealth”, having a good health is the key to a happy life. In my opinion, there are three things
make us more healthy: well diet, regularly exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Firstly, to have healthy diet
people should reduce junk food, eat more vegetables and drinking enough water. Secondly, being more
active is also a way to be healthy. Taking time off from work, stand up and do some easy exercise can
really improve your health. Finally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle is highly suggested by scientists in
order to have a good health. To sum up, health is the most important thing in man life and we should
stay healthy.
