1. The customer can get the information about the department and the person that they are
talking to.
2. Kristine did not research and prepare before asking Dallin questions. This makes it
difficult for Dallin to support Kristine.

can take the course.
4. Although Kristine did not give Dallin clear questions, he still provided all the

support at the begining without asking

because he instructed her how to do it step by step which makes here not goes confuse.

her.

Kristine peace her mind when struggle with difficulty. However, it’s not totally effective
as they waste too much time for finding materials.
