brain, which suppresses the state of anxiety and stress, providing calmness and relief. An
example would be vacations, in which you generally have time to practice activities that you
relish, consequently, you get more relaxed.

Another relevant point is the distraction of daily problems and life obstacles. Some of the most
enjoyable activities consist of disconnecting you from the real world, bringing an efficient relief
to your mind. To illustrate, video games consist of carrying you to another reality, where you
are stronger and more capable, and without consequences in real life.

By practicing activities that you appreciate, you will get more relaxed in a relatively short
period of time and surely get the result, therefore it is the most efficient way to relieve stress.

I would like to visit Britain because of its historical and football places, two things that I
appreciate a lot and have a huge desire to personally visit.

Britain has a lot of historical and remarkable places, such as the medieval castles of England
and Scotland, which are the most preserved, beautiful, and historical in the world.
Furthermore, it has some legendary buildings and historical places such as Buckingham Palace,
the Tower of London, the millenary city of York, and a lot of historical museums. Thus, I would
appreciate visiting and know more about them.

It also has some football places that I would enjoy visiting, especially some of the biggest
football stadiums in the world, like the Old Trafford, Wembley, Anfield, and Emirates Stadium.
