ranks among the top 5 packaging manufacturers in the world. Amcor's annual sales are $7 billion.

This commercial consensus between the two organizations has resulted in mutual benefits,
making Amcor the largest manufacturer and providing Arca with a significant boost in developing
programs to achieve synergies and price reductions, and to focus its strategy Focus on improving
company productivity. This operation marks an important step forward in Embotelladoras Arca's
strategy of centrally sourcing products and services at more competitive costs and terms. This
strategic supply consensus will also save on production and distribution logistics for PET
containers, as well as update, optimize and maintain container designs, while freeing up resources
to focus on maximizing productivity in product production and sales, such as a true strategic
alliance.

As part of the initial supply agreement, Embotelladora's ARCA will sell its PET conversion blow
molding and injection molding equipment to Amcor for $40 million, payable to Arca over the term
of the agreement. Additionally, the consensus states that Amcor, a subsidiary of Amcor PET
Packaging United States Inc., will ship single-use bottles to all ARCA countries. Amcor will invest in
a preform injection group and an additional blow molding group to meet the needs of Chihuahua,
Matamoros and Culiacan, two organizations that will seek to develop bottle recycling programs.
