1. िकसी भी प र थित म ितिथ, समय तथा परी ा के म प रवतन के अनुरोध पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा। यह ई वेश-प केवल परी ा ितिथ और परी ा की स ाविध तक
के िलए वैध होगा, जैसा िक पृ सं ा 1 म िविनिद है ।
No request for change in the Date, Time and Examination Centre will be considered under any circumstances. The e-admit card will be valid
only for the test date and session time as specified above at page no. 1.

2. अ थ परी ा के पर इस ई - वेश प को अव लाएँ । इस ई - वेश प के िबना िकसी भी अ थ को वेश की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी। अ थ इस वेश प के साथ
- साथ अपनी कोई एक फोटो पहचान प की मूल ित अव लाएँ जैसे मतदाता पहचान प , डाइिवंग लाइसस,पैन काड, पासपोट, आधार काड, राशन काड फोटो के
साथ,बक मनेजर ारा मािणत अनुसूिचत वािण क बक की पासबुक फोटो के साथ, केवल क सरकार/रा सरकार/पीएसयु/ ाय िनकाय ारा जारी फोटो
पहचान प , एसएससी/दसवी ं क ा का फोटो सिहत शै िणक माण प इ ािद। अ थ की पहचान मूल पहचान प से िमला कर की जाएगी। यिद आपका ई- वेश प
िबना फोटो वाला है , तो आपको सलाह दी जाती है िक परी ा क पर हाल ही म िलए गए दो पासपोट आकार के फोटो अिनवाय प से लाएं । अ थ की फोटो और
ह ा र, फोटो पहचान प पर कानूनी प से मुि त और मान होना चािहए और वेश प पर नाम से मेल खाना चािहए। फोटो पहचान प ित या धुंधला नही ं
होना चािहए। अ िथयो ं को उपरो विणत वैध ई- वेश प और फोटो पहचान प के िबना परी ा क म वेश करने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
The candidate must bring this E-Admit Card at the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this E-Admit Card. The
candidate is also required to bring one of the PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARDS in original issued by Govt. of India viz. Voter Identity Card,
Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card, ration card with photo, Passbook with photo from Scheduled Commercial Bank duly
attested by Bank Manager, photo identity card of central Govt./State Govt/ Autonomous bodies only, SSC / Xth class educational certificate
bearing photo. The identity of candidate will be matched with the original ID proof. In case your E–Admit card is without photograph, you are
advised to mandatorily bring two recent passport size photographs to the examination centre. The candidateʼs photograph and signature
should be legibly printed and visible on the photo ID card and should match with the name on E-Admit Card. The Photo ID card should not be
damaged or smudged. Candidates will not be allowed to enter at the test centre without valid E-admit card and Photo Identification card as
mentioned above.

3. अ थ को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे अपने परी ा क का पता लगाएं एवं क की प ँ च/ थित परी ा से एक िदन पहले जां च ल | अ थ को ऊपर दी गई ितिथ एवं समय के
अनुसार परी ा क पर प ं चना/ रपोट करना आव क है ।
Candidates are advised to locate their test Centre and its accessibility at least a day before the test so that they can reach the centre on time on
the day of the test. The candidate is required to reach/report examination centre as per date & reporting time mentioned above.

4. परी ा के ारं भ से आधे घंटे पहले मु गेट बंद कर िदया जाएगा। परी ा म दे री से आने की अनुमित नही ं है।
The main gate will be closed before half an hour from the commencement of the test. No late coming is allowed.

5. मोबाइल फोन, माइ ोफोन या िकसी अ संबिधत सहायक उपकरण, ुटूथ स म यं , कोई अ इले ॉिनक संचार उपकरण, कैलकुलेटर, लॉग-टे बल/पेजर, िडिजटल
डायरी, िडिजटल घड़ी, बुक /नोट् स, िकसी भी कार की पहनने वाली धातु की व ुएं, चूिड़याँ , बे , कंगन आिद को रखना और उसका उपयोग परी ा के म करना पूण
प से विजत है । यिद िकसी भी अ थ के पास इनम से कोई भी उपकरण/द ावेज पाया जाता है , तो उसकी उ ीदवारी र की जा सकती है । इन िदशा-िनदशो ं का िकसी
भी कार से उ ंघन िकए जाने पर अ थ पर स अनुशासना क कारवाई की जाएगी, िजसम भिव म परी ा से ितबंिधत िकया जाना भी शािमल होगा ।मौजूदा
थित को दे खते ए आपको सलाह दी जाती है िक 'कोिवड-१९ के कारण उ ीदवारो ं के िलए अित र िनदश' ज र पढ़े । आईएआरआई उ ीदवार के सामान की
नुकसान /खोने के िलए िज ेदा/उ रदायी नही ं होगा।
Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Microphone or any other Associated Accessories, Bluetooth enabled devices,
any other electronic communication devices, Calculator, Log Tables/Pager, Digital Diary, Digital Watch, Book / Notes, metallic wears, Bangles,
Belts, Bracelets etc. are strictly prohibited inside the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in possession of any of these
devices/documents, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action against
such candidates including ban from future examinations. Given the current situation, you are advised to read the 'Additional Instructions for
the candidates due to Covid-19. IARI is not responsible and answerable for any loss of candidateʼs personal belongings.

Please retain this E–Admit Card carefully for future records, as the same is required to be produced in the course of selection process till the
issue of offer of appointment to the selected candidate.

7. कं ूटर आधा रत परी ा म 100 व ुिन होग

ं े िजसम 4 ब -िवक उ र म से एक सही उ र अ थ को चुनना है । ेक दो अंक का है ।
Computer Based Test/Examination shall consist of Objective Type 100 Questions with 4 multiple choice answers out of which candidate has to
choose one correct answer only. Each question carries two marks.

8. ेक गलत उ र के िलए 1/3rd (0.33) अंक की कटौती की जाएगी।

For each wrong answer 1/3rd (0.33) mark shall be deducted.

9. जब भी सीबीटी एक ही पद के िलए कई स ो ं म आयोिजत िकया जाता है , तो उ ीदवारो ं ारा अलग-अलग स ो ं म ा क े अंको ं को अिधसूचना म विणत फामूला के
अनुसार सामा ीकृत अंको ं म बदल िदया जाएगा।
Whenever CBT is conducted in multiple sessions for the same post, the raw marks obtained by the candidates in different sessions will be
converted to normalized marks as per formula mentioned in notification.

10. िकसी भी थित म इस वेश-प और पहचान माण-प (मूल) के िबना परी ा के म वेश की अनुमित नही ं होगी। अ थ ारा िववाह से प ात्/पूव नाम म प रवतन की
थित म अ थ को मूल पहचान-प के साथ दसवी ं का मूल माण-प अव लाना होगा। अ थ की पहचान का िमलान अ थ ारा ुत सा ो ं के आधार पर िकया
जाएगा। अ िथयो ं को परी ा क के भीतर केवल वेश-प तथा पहचान-प ही लाने की अनुमित है ।
No candidate shall be permitted into the examination centre without carrying this E-Admit Card and ID proof (in original) under any
circumstances. In case, change in the name by the candidate after/before marriage, the candidate must bring the original matriculation
certificate along with original Identification Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched with the proofs to be provided by the
candidate. Candidates are allowed to carry E-Admit Card and Identity proof only inside the examination centre.
11. अ िथयो ं ारा ड़ाउनलोड और ि ंट ा िकए जाने हे तु ई- वेश प वेबसाइट https://iari.res.in पर ही उपल कराए जाएं गे। यह ई- वेश प क ूटर जिनत होगा
और डाक ारा नही ं भेजा जाएगा।
The e-admit cards shall be made available on the website https://iari.res.in only for download & printing by the candidates. This e-admit card
will be computer generated and shall not be sent by post.

12. अ िथयो ं को इस ई- वेश प म उ े खत रपोिटग समय पर अपने आबंिटत परी ा के ो ं पर प ँ चना होगा (जो की डे ढ घंटा पहले है )) तािक वेश संबंधी
औपचा रकताओ का काय सहजता से िकया जा सके । परी ा के का मु ार परी ा समय शु होने से आधा घंटा पूव बंद कर िदया जाएगा । दे री से आने की
कोई अनुमित नही ं है ।
Candidates are required to reach their allotted exam centre on reporting time as mentioned in the e-admit card (which is 1 and ½
hours in advance) so that entry formalities can be done smoothly. The main gate of examination centre will be closed half an hour before
the commencement of the examination time. No late coming is allowed.

13. सरकार के िदशािनदश अनुसार ऐसे अ थ िजनको 40% या उससे अिधक की िवकलां गता है , यिद वे इ ु क हो तो वे अपनी ओर से शनो के उ रो ं को िच त करने के
िलए यं के िलिपक का िवक चुन सकते ह, बशत िक वे इस तरह की िवकलां गता के बारे म, स म िचिक ा ािधकारी ारा जारी िकए गया मूल िचिक ा माण प ,
परी ा क म वेश के समय ुत कर। िवकलां ग उ ीदवारो ं को २० िमनट ित घंटे की " ितपूरक समय" की अनुमित दी जाएगी। आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई
वेबसाइट पर एक िलिपक घोषणा प दान िकया जाएगा, िजसे परी ा के िदन ई- वेश प के साथ डाउनलोड कर भर के लाया जाना है । अिधसूचना सं ा 2-
1/2022/भत सेल/ शासिनक (सीबीटी) िदनां क 07/05/2022 के Annexure-VIII के अनुसार परी ा म ाइब की सुिवधा का लाभ उठाने के िलए, उ ीदवार ारा ,
स म िचिक ा ािधकारी ारा जारी िकए गए माण प को अिनवाय प से परी ा क म लाना आव क ह |
The candidate as per government guidelines who has disability of 40% or more may opt for his or her own scribe for marking responses
(answers) on their behalf if so desired, provided that they produce original medical certificate issued by competent medical authority
regarding such disability at the time of entry to the examination centre. The candidates with disabilities will be allowed “compensatory time” of
20 minutes per hour. A scribe declaration form will be provided on the ICAR-IARI website, which is to be downloaded, filled and brought along
with e-admit card on the day of examination. Certificate for Scribe issued by competent Medical authority as per Annexure-VIII of Notification
No. 2-1/2022/Rectt.Cell/Administrative(CBT) dated 07/05/2022, must be mandatorily carried by the candidate to the center for availing
facility of Scribe in the exam.

14. परी ा म,यिद कोई अ थ (i) परी ा के दौरान अनुिचत साधनो ं का योग अथवा (ii) वेश बदल कर अथवा िकसी अ की ओर से अथवा (iii) परी ा भवन म अनुिचत
वहार अथवा (iv) चयन हे तु अपनी उ ीदवारी के िलए िकसी कार के साधन का सहारा लेने अथवा (v) अपनी अ िथता के िलए िकसी ऐसे अनुिचत असाधारण और
अनुिचत साधन का सहारा लेने का दोषी पाया जाता है तो ऐसा अ थ आपरािधक अिभयोग चलाए जाने के अित र (क) उस परी ा िजसका/िजसकी वह अ थ है के
िलए अयो होने (ख) थायी प से अथवा िविश अविध हे तु आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई ारा आयोिजत िकसी भी परी ा अथवा भत से िवविजत िकए जाने के िलए यं
उ रदायी होगा/होगी।
In the examination, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: (i) using unfair means during the examination or (ii) impersonating or
procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in
connection with his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may,
in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to criminal prosecution, will also be liable: (a) to be disqualified from the examination for which
he/she is a candidate and (b) to be debarred, either permanently or for a specified period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by
ICAR-IARI.

15. अ थ को वेश प जारी करना पद के िलए उसकी पा ता के संबंध म उसे कोई अिधकार नही ं देता है । कं ूटर आधा रत परी ा म बैठने वाले अ थ , अपने यं के िहत
म, सभी संब त यो ताओं की जां च कर ल िजससे की अंितम चरण म िनराशा से बचा जा सके। आपकी उ ीदवारी की पा ता पूरी भत ि या म शत को पूरा करने की
िव ृत जां च के अधीन “पूण प से अनंितम है ” जैसा िक इस पद के िलए िव ापन म उ े खत है । यिद, िकसी भी र पर पाया जाता है िक अ थ पा ता मानदं ड को पूरा
नही ं करता और अ थ ारा उपल कराई गई जानकारी झठ ू ी है या िव ापन म उ े खत पा ता मानदं ड के अनु प नही ं है िजसम जाित माणप भी शािमल है , ऐसे
अ थ की उ ीदवारी भत ि या के िकसी भी चरण म या पदभार हण के बाद भी र की जा सकती है ।
Issue of admit-card to a candidate does not confer him/her any right with regard to his/her eligibility for the post. The Candidates appearing in
the Computer Based Test/Examination should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as to avoid disappointment at later
stage. The candidature in whole recruitment process is "PURELY PROVISIONAL” subject to detailed scrutiny of fulfilling the eligibility
conditions as mentioned in the advertisement for the post that has been applied for. In case, it is found at any stage that the candidate does
not fulfil the eligibility criteria and any information provided by the candidate is found false or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria
mentioned in the advertisement including Caste Certificate, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment
process or even after joining.

16. एक बार पंजीकरण डे पर उप थित, फोटो ाफ, बायोमेिटक अंगुली का िनशान लेने के बाद, ऐसे अ थ को परी ा पूरी होने तक परी ा क /हॉल छोड़ने की अनुमित
नही ं दी जाएगी। परी ा पूरी होने के बाद ए ट वे रिफकेशन (फोटो ाफ एवं बायोमेिटक कै च रं ग) भी होगा।
Once the attendance, capturing of photograph, biometric finger impression at the Registration Desk is done, such candidate will not be
allowed to leave the Exam Room/Hall till the completion of the examination. There will also be an exit verification (Capturing of photograph
and biometric) after completion of examination.

17. प म भाषा खंड को छोड़कर, िहं दी और अं ेजी म ि भाषी होग ं े।

The questions will be bilingual i.e. in Hindi & in English, except for language section of the paper.

18. रफ काय हे तु अ थ को रफ शीट दी जाएगी,िज परी ा की समा पर परी ा िनरी क को लौटाना होगा, अ थ को ेक रफ शीट पर प से अपना नाम और
अनु मां क िलखना है ।
Rough Sheet(s) will be provided to candidate for rough work, which will have to be returned to the invigilators after end of the examination.
Candidate should clearly write his/her name and Roll No. on each rough sheet.

19. अ थ को क ूटर आधा रत परी ा (सीबीटी) आरं भ होने से 10 िमनट पूव परी ा के िलए यूजर आई.डी. और पासवाड उनके बैठने के थान पर िदया जाएगा।
User ID and password for the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be provided to the candidate 10 minutes before commencement of the test/exam
at their respective seat.
20. क ूटर आधा रत टे /परी ा से प रिचत होने हे तु, अ िथयो ं को सलाह दी जाती है िक वे https://www.iari.res.in पर उपल डे मो (छ परी ा) दे ख।
In order to familiarize with the Computer Based Test/Examination, the candidates are advised to go through the demo (mock test) available on
the website https://www.iari.res.in

21. अ िथयो ं को परी ा के दौरान िकसी भी कार की बाधा उ नही ं करनी चािहए। यिद कोई अ थ परी ा के दौरान िकसी कार की बाधा अथवा परी ा थल पर िकसी
कार की अशां ित उ करते ए पाया जाता है , तो उसकी उ ीदवारी िनर कर दी जाएगी। ऐसे अ थ को आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई म भिव म होने वाली
परी ाओं से बिह ृ त कर िदया जाएगा और उसके िव कानूनी कारवाई की जा सकती है ।
Candidates must refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of examination. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct
of the examination or creating disturbances at the examination venue, his/her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidate shall
also be liable to be debarred from future examinations of the ICAR-IARI and legal proceedings could be initiated against him/her.

22. अ थ को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है िक क ूटर आधा रत टे /परी ा के िलए इस ई- वेश प के साथ उपल “ऑनलाइन परी ा िनदशो”ं को ानपूवक पढ़ ल।
Candidate is also advised to read the “Online Examination Instructions” carefully for computer-based test/exam available in this E-Admit Card.

23. अ िथयो ं को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है िक वे िकसी भी कार की अ तन जानकारी हे तु वेबसाइट https://www.iari.res.in ( recruitment cell tab ) दे खते रह।
Candidates are also advised to keep visiting website https://www.iari.res.in ( recruitment cell tab ) for any updates.

24. अ थ को कं ूटर आधा रत टे म भाग लेने के िलए कोई या ा खच नही िदया जाएगा।
No travelling expenses will be admissible for appearing in Computer Based Test.

25. मह पूण : अ थ अपने पंजीकृत े डिशय के साथ ऑनलाइन पोटल म लॉग इन करके, सभी पदो ं के िलए परी ाओं के संचालन के पां च िदनो ं के बाद अपने गत
उ र / ऑनलाइन िति या ( यं के जवाब और कुंजी) दे ख सकते ह | ( ो) या उ र के संबध म िकसी भी कार के / आपि के मामले म, केवल 03 िदनो ं के
भीतर पोटल म ऑनलाइन िति या िलंक के मा म से संबिधत द ावेजो के साथ आपि दज कर सकते ह | ा आपि यो ं को अंितम प दे ने के िलए िवषय िवशेष
(िवशेष ो)ं ारा िफर से जां च की जाएगी | िकसी भी प र थित म संचार / चैनल के िकसी भी अ मा म से ा ो ं या उ र कुंिजयो ं से संब त िति या / आपि /
पर िवचार नही ं िकया जाएगा | िनधा रत अविध के भीतर आपि यो ं की ा न होने पर, चयन ि या के बाद के चरण म पुनः मू ां कन के िलए, ऐसे उ ीदवारो ं को भिव
म िकसी भी कानूनी दावे के िलए कोई अिधकार नही ं होगा | “ऑनलाइन िति या िलंक” की सही तारीख और समय आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई वैबसाइट पर
उ ेख/अपलोड िकया जाएगा | अ थ को िनयिमत प से इस भत / चयन ि या से संब त सूचनाएँ , िनदश,प रप के मा म से नवीनतम अपडे ट के िलए
आईसीएआर-आईएआरआई की वैबसाइट पर जाना होगा |
Important: Candidates can view their individual answers/online response (own answers and answer key) within 05 days of conduct of
examinations for all the posts, by logging into online portal with their registered credentials. In case of query/objection in respect of any
question(s) and its answer, it is to be submitted only through Online Response Link in the portal with documentary evidence within 03 days.
The Objections received will be re-examined by the subject expert(s) for its finalisation. Response/ Objection/ Query related to questions or
answer keys received through any other mode of communication/channel will not be entertained under any circumstances. On non-receipt of
objections within stipulated period, such candidates will not have any right for any future legal claim, in any court of law, for re-evaluation at
later stage of selection process. The exact date and time of Online Response Link shall be mentioned/uploaded on ICAR-IARI Website. The
candidate should regularly visit ICAR-IARI website for latest updates through notifications, instructions, circulars related to this
recruitment/selection process.
 ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES DUE TO COVID-19
COVID-19 के कारण उ ीदवारो ं के िलए अित र िनदश

1. अ थ को परी ा थल म वेश से लेकर परी ा थल से बाहर िनकलने तक सामािजक दू री बनाए रखनी होगी और साइनेज / नोिटस बोड का पालन करना होगा । Candidate must
maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue and follow the Signage/Notice Board.

2. यिद अ थ म COVID-19 ल ण है , तो उस थित म उसे एक अलग आइसोलेशन लैब / हॉल म सीबीटी म उप थत होने की अनुमित दी जाएगी। In case Candidate is having
COVID-19 symptom, in that case he/ shall be allowed to appear in CBT in a separate Isolation Lab/ Hall.

3. यिद कोई अ थ COVID-19 से सं िमत है ,तो उसे COVID-19 वाइरस के सार को बढने से रोकने की सतकता के चलते परी ा म बैठने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी। In case any
candidate is infected with COVID-19, he/she will not be allowed to appear in the examination to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 virus.

4. अ थ को अपना यं का फेस मा , हाथ के द ाने, गत हड सैिनटाइज़र (50 िमली), पारदश नीला बॉल पेन, पानी की बोतल (पारदश ) और परी ा से संबंिधत द ावेज ( वेश
प ,फोटो आईडी काड आिद) लाना होगा। परी ा लैब/हॉल के अंदर िकसी अ व ु की अनुमित नही ं होगी। Candidate must bring their own Face Mask, Hand Gloves,
personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent blue ball pen, PET water Bottle (transparent) and the exam related documents (Admit Card, Photo ID Card etc.).
No other items will be permitted inside exam Lab/Hall.

5. परी ा थल पर वेश के समय उ ीदवारो ं का तापमान थम गन के मा म से जां चा जाएगा। Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via
a Thermo Gun.

 ONLINE EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Total duration of examination is as mentioned in the E-Admit card.

2. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time available for you to
complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not be required to end or submit your
examination.

3. The Question Palette displayed on the right side of screen will show the status of each question using one of the following symbols:

4. To answer a question, do the following:

a. Click on the question number in the Question Palette to go to that question directly.
b. Click on Save & Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
c. Click on Mark for Review & Next to mark the current question for review, and then go to the next question.
d. Caution: Note that your answer for the current question will be not be saved, if you navigate to another question directly (without saving
the answer) by clicking on its question number.

Answering a Question :

5. Procedure for answering a multiple choice type question:

a. To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options.

b. To deselect your chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the Clear Response button.
c. To change your chosen answer, click on the button of another option.
d. To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button.

To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an answer is selected for a question that is Marked for
Review, that answer will NOT be considered in the evaluation since there is negative marking for each wrong answer.
