Alejandro C. Aballe, hereby requests for Certified True Copies of the Counter Affidavit
of Alejandro Aballe and the Joint Affidavit of Witnesses of Leopoldo Aballe, Delia
Arreza, and Leonila Albios filed before this Honorable Office.

We further request to obtain the requested documents on or before September 19,
