MID REFLECTION ON TASK DURATION

1. Gantt Chart is very helpful, especially in the breakdown of the tasks. It lets you view the

important details of the tasks, especially their time stamps. Not only the major task can be

embedded but also the subtask. This tool will serve as a guide for accomplishing a project in an

organized manner. Overlapping tasks are also depicted and can help you notice if there are

conflicts of time within the duration of the tasks.

2. Using a Gantt chart is not that easy especially if the sequence of the project is not that

organized. It is also tricky in determining the overall flow of the project. However, the Gantt

chart has many advantages, it is utilized properly because it has many symbols that can

distinguish one task from another. This will help especially in a team, wherein there are many

tasks with different duration. This will help the team in properly distributing and monitoring the

tasks of its members.
