DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Assignment, made and executed by and between:

The Republic of the Philippines, represented herein by William D. Dar,

Secretary of Department of Agriculture, duly authorized by the
_____________, hereinafter called the “ASSIGNOR,”

and

the Republic of the Philippines, represented herein by Ariodear C. Rico,

Director of Bureau of Agricultural and Fisheries Engineering, duly
authorized by the Department of Agriculture, hereinafter called the
“ASSIGNEE.”

WITNESSETH:

That the ASSIGNOR is the owner of a certain parcel of land, hereinafter called the
“Property” situated at Barangay __________________________, Quezon City, Philippines, covered
by the Transfer Certificate of Title No. ___________________________ of the Registry of Deeds,
needed by the ASSIGNEE for the _________________________, and which Property is more
particularly described as follows:
