VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR

ACCREDITATION OF LAND-BASED PRINCIPAL/S

 
Documentary Requirements:

1. Manpower Request/Job Order (stating request for manpower from Philippine agency and
stipulating the positions, number of worker required, salaries, duration of contract, etc.)

         Must be notarized by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Northern Ireland and thereafter legalized by

the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

2. Special Power of Attorney

         Must be notarized by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Northern Ireland and thereafter legalized by

the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

3. Recruitment Agreement

         Must be notarized by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Northern Ireland and thereafter legalized by

the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

4. Master Employment Contract

         Must be notarized by a Solicitor/Notary Public in UK/Northern Ireland and thereafter legalized by

the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).
             Note: Signatory of documents 1-4 should be consistent/the same.

5. Certified true copy of Company’s Certificate of Registration/ Incorporation or data page of

employer’s passport.

6. Proof that the company is licensed by the UKBA/RI to sponsor migrant workers.

7. Guarantee Letter from the Employer that it has sufficient Certificates of Sponsorship to cover the
manpower requirement in the Job Order

8.  Copy of POEA Valid License of the Philippine agency or, if still applying, copy of certification from
POEA that the Philippine agency is a prospective applicant.

9.  Other supporting documents, as may be required by the Office of the Labor Attaché.
