Validity: Commercials are valid for a period of 7 days.

Payment terms: Remittance of 50% on Order Total of more than Rs 100,000 would be deemed as Order placement and, rest on the notice

of Production Completion with appropriate Media files. If the order value is less than Rs 100,000 then the full payment has to be paid while
placing the order.

Artwork: Open design of the logo/ any artwork has to be provided in the Machine readable format

Printing: Universal acceptance on Color Variation of 5-10% on Print jobs is agreed to be allowed

Production timeline: Because every order is a personalised one, we take 4 weeks from the date of acknowledgement of PO/ PI and Pre-
flight to complete. Even in case of expedited order, the production team has the rights to extend the lead time, up to 4 weeks if there
could be a potential remark on quality

Quantity/ Delivery: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, we cannot produce /print the exact quantities. So forth, we
reserve the right to dispatch & Invoice to add or minus 10% of the quantity ordered

Quality: Despite our relentless focus in delivering top quality value and product to the customers we serve, in lieu to the Manual steps
involved, please expect 2-3% of items that may be exposed to light-medium fault, which in other words- might cause a cosmetic hiccup but
functions fully

Packaging and Transport: Standard packing in the carton boxes. The above quote is exclusive of Transportation charges. To Pay on
delivery
