Club Game Booth during the Rizal High School Foundation Day on October 7, 2022 at the Ground Floor
of MAE Building, Rizal High School.

I perfectly understand the reasons why his/her group must attend the event and I support him/her in all
the aspirations he/she has.

I also understand that the group of students will be supervised by their Robotics Club Advisers to ensure
their safety during the said event.
