Back order process:

Goto tranasaction code: V_RA to mass list ATP orders

System display above material code in open sales orders

ATP overview screen

Select (place the cursor on the line) the line to change ATP qty, and click on “Change confirmation” icon,
This sample I intend to change a “confirmed” order line, i.e. ATP qty from 500 -> change to 400
You may also change un-confirm SO line: i.e. ATP confirmed qty from 0 to 10 (of cuz, you must have stock
on hand)
