Poster-making Mechanics:

1. Only 1 participant per curriculum shall represent their level, to wit: a. STE; b. SPA; c. SPJ; d. SPFL;
e. Grade-7; f. Grade-8; g. Grade-9; h. Grade-10; and i. SHS.
2. Contestant shall submit a 5-minute time lapse video, documenting the time in which the
contestant is doing his/her output.
3. Contestant shall use ½ pc illustration board, oil pastel, pencil, etc.
4. Each shall create poster based on the theme which shall be given before the contest.
5. This event shall be done virtually.
6. Judges decision is final and irrevocable.

Criteria:

Harmony- 50%

Originality- 30%

Relevance to the theme- 20%

Bible Verse Reading and Interpretation Mechanics:

1. Only 1 participant per curriculum shall represent their level, to wit: a. STE; b. SPA; c. SPJ; d. SPFL;
e. Grade-7; f. Grade-8; g. Grade-9; h. Grade-10; and i. SHS.
2. All contestants should stay in the same venue during the entire duration of judging.
3. Each contestant will be given 3 minutes preparation time and 3 minutes to deliver his/her
interpretation in Filipino language.
4. The Bible verses will be given on the spot by the judges.
5. Contestants may recite other Bible verses during the delivery to support his/her statements.
6. The decision of judges is final and irrevocable.

Criteria:

Logic- 25%

Appropriateness of Example- 25%

Delivery: Grammar & Syntax- 20%

Consistency of Style & Level of Language – 20%

Non-verbal communication – 10%


Oratorical Contest Mechanics:

1. Only 1 participant per curriculum shall represent their level, to wit: a. STE; b. SPA; c. SPJ; d. SPFL;
e. Grade-7; f. Grade-8; g. Grade-9; h. Grade-10; and i. SHS.
2. Oratorical piece shall be in Filipino language.
3. The piece should be relevant to the objectives and the theme of the event.
4. The participant should present his/her piece free from lewd and profane languages, unoffensive
to any group, non-racial, non-anti-social, respects cultural, political, or religious views.
5. The piece should be memorized and should be delivered from 5-7 minutes.
6. Only participants in the required attire as described below will be allowed to present his or her
piece: male: dress pants, closed leather shoes, and Barong Tagalog, suit with tie, or long-sleeved
shirt with tie; Female- closed leather shoes and suit or dress with no plunging necklines. The
hemline should cover the kneecap.
7. The use of props, prompters, special costumes, visual and audio-visual aids is not permitted.
Singing, dancing, and dramatic presentation are also prohibited. The penalty will be
disqualification. This event shall be conducted virtually. The decision of judges is final and
irrevocable.

Clarity of Speech- 35%

Mastery- 15%

Stage Presence- 10%

Praise Song Mechanics:

1. Only 1 participant per curriculum shall represent their level, to wit: a. STE; b. SPA; c. SPJ; d. SPFL;
e. Grade-7; f. Grade-8; g. Grade-9; h. Grade-10; and i. SHS.
2. Every participant shall choose his/her own Filipino Praise Song. He/she shall provide his/her
accompaniment.
3. Appropriate attire is encouraged.
4. This event shall be conducted virtually.
5. The decision of judges is final and irrevocable.

Criteria:

Voice quality- 40%

Interpretation/ facial expression/ gestures- 30%

Timing/diction/ accuracy of tone- 20%

Stage presence- 10%
