ITINERARY REFLECTION

As the hiker ascends in elevation, his or her stamina and physical fitness are put
to the test to the fullest. As the hiker approaches the summits, the flora is still
visible, but it is sparser and less dense than at lower elevations, and there are
very few creatures to be discovered because of the shortage of oxygen. It's
simpler to climb since there are less barriers, but you still need to be physically fit
to conquer the very steep sections to reach Mount Apo's highest points.
