We must also put every lesson of every activity in our mind and heart as well as
relate it to our patriotism and nationalism. We must deepen our involvement to the
community and all its gatherings and events. We must participate in every public and
civic affair our government has to offer.
2. How important is history to you nowadays and why?
Studying the diversity of human experience helps us appreciate cultures, ideas,
and traditions that are not our own – and to recognize them as meaningful products of
specific times and places. History helps us realize how different our lived experience is
from that of our ancestors, yet how similar we are in our goals and values.
