2. Choose 3 goals that you want to prioritize in the Philippines and support your answer.

a. GOAL 4: Quality Education

Filipino parents consider education one of the greatest legacies they can leave their
children. They believe that education will help them achieve a better future and escape
poverty. Encourage lifelong learning by ensuring everyone has access to a high-quality,
inclusive education.

b. GOAL 7: Affordable and Clean Energy

As a component of a sustainable energy future for the whole world, the environmental
advantages of clean energy are the single most essential feature of clean energy. Clean
and renewable resources not only help to maintain the natural resources of the globe, but
they also decrease the chances of environmental catastrophes such as the release of fuel
into the environment or the complications that come with natural gas leaks. Make
ensuring that everyone has access to energy that is contemporary, dependable, cheap,
and sustainable.

c. GOAL 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth

The pursuit of rights at work, employment, social protection, and social dialogue in
addition to the provision of decent work in the Philippines is the converging emphasis of
the four strategic goals of the Organization. Since a very early stage, the Philippines has
understood the need of having good and productive jobs in promoting equitable
development and bringing down levels of poverty. Fostering long-term economic growth
that is both inclusive and sustainable, as well as ensuring that everyone has access to
decent work and full-time employment that is both productive and profitable.

3. What are the advantages of TRAIN Law?

It makes it possible for a greater number of people to avoid paying taxes. This tax structure
benefitted a greater number of people, especially those who hold several jobs and have varying
sources of income. It is now much simpler to determine the amount of tax that has to be paid as
a result of the Train law's provision of uniform tax rates for the estate tax and the donor's tax.
The goals of the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion TRAIN program are to encourage
investment, increase the number of available employments, and decrease the level of poverty in
the Philippines.
