Dear valued customers,
It has been brought to our notice that our clients are experiencing a lot of issues and discomfort
as a result of an accelerator issue that occasionally causes the pedal to get stuck or return slowly
in various models of our cars.
We deeply regret the inconvenience. However, we have worked on fixing this issue
permanently and restoring customers' automobiles to immaculate condition. We have already
taken the necessary actions to address the issue, working closely with the Toyota dealers to
implement the steps below:
1. Recall all vehicles that may be susceptible to the problem.
2. The service center is open round-the-clock to address the issue as quickly as feasible.
3. Halting the manufacturing until the issue with earlier models has been fully solved.
The safety of our consumers has always been our top priority, and we will continue to do so by
making sure that this issue is resolved quickly and in a way that is comfortable for you.
