SUBJECT: Hyatt Dining Club Revised Benefit Structure WEF July 21, 2022

Hyatt Dining Club membership benefits are set to change from July 21, 2022 to further strengthen
F&B benefits for the programme. Please find below the launch details:

Marketing Collaterals –

• Hotels to ensure that they print the revised programme brochure for use and old brochure
to be withdrawn from all touch points
• The revised collaterals will be shared by July 18, 2022

Programme Standard Operating Procedure –

• Updated SOP and FAQ document link will be shared with all the hotels on July 19, 2022

POS Setup –

• Oracle (Simphony) and Shiji (Infrasys) POS upgrade is underway and will be completed by
July 19, 2022

Hotel Team Training –

• 3 sessions are being setup, 1 each on July 18, July 19 & July 20, 2022
• Teams have to attend the session on any one of the day as agenda remains same for all 3
session
• MS teams invite will be shared to all hotels on July 15, 2022
• Please ensure that all teams and departmental leaders attend this training
