Step 1: What does Motivation feel like in your body?


Recall the last time you felt very Motivated. What
was it like?

Step 2: Find the Thought that makes you feel this


sensation and feeling of Motivation. What can you
think that makes you feel Motivated?

Motivation does not descend upon us from


the ether.
We cannot lose motivation.
We create it with our thoughts.
Motivation spurs action, which in turn can
help strengthen motivation.
