DR.

JAMERA:
As a response to the impact of the
pandemic to our learners and teachers’
reduced physical activities that affected
their overall health, the Galaw Pilipinas
is developed as a daily exercise routine
inspired from Philippine folk dances,
festival movements, and arnis stances in
recognition to the national martial art
and sport.

DR. JAMERA:
Welcome to Surigao City National High
School as we dance in one to the beat of
Galaw Pilipinas.
SIR TEOFREDO:
This is a promotion of our active lifestyle,
cognitive, and affective pursuits, and bodily-
kinesthetic capacities. This four-minute
calisthenics routine is driving us to keep us
healthy and safe in the time of pandemic.
