NOTICE OF ENTRY OF APPEARANCE

On February 8, 2022, the movant-Spouses filed a MOTION TO

DISCHARGE PROPERTY BAIL BOND dated _______ seeking to
discharge the property bond posted for the Accused over their real
property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. ______ and
issuance an Order for the removal of the inscription annotated as
P.E. No. 36343 in the said Certificate of Title since the instant case
had already been terminated;

Nonetheless, said Motion had not been set for Hearing for the
purpose stated therein. Hence, it is respectfully implored from this
Honorable Court that the above-described Motion be set for hearing
at the soonest possible opportunity, subject to the availability of the
Court’s Calendar, assuming that a Hearing be necessary.

Relative thereto, the undersigned counsel/s respectfully and

humbly enters our pro hac vice appearance for the Movant- solely for
the purpose of hearing said Motion;

Likewise, it is respectfully requested that the undersigned

counsel/s be furnished with copies of all notices, orders, decisions,
and other processes of the Honorable Court in connection with the
instant Motion, at the following address:

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most

respectfully prayed that the instant Motion be set for hearing at the
soonest possible opportunity subject to the availability of the Court’s
