Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, JEROME G CUNTAPAY, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a

resident of Naguilian Sur, Ilagan City, Isabela, Philippines herein after called the
VENDOR, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P30,000.00) Philippine currency, to me in hand paid to my full and complete
satisfaction of GIAN CARLO M DELA CRUZ, herein after called the VENDEE, of legal
age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Centro East, Santiago City, Philippines, DO
HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, HIS
HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, a certain motor vehicle more particularly described as follows :

That I warrant that I am the lawful owner of the said motor vehicle as could be
shown by the Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle executed before Notary Public DAVID S
SALIBAD JR., and entered in the latter’s Notarial Register as Doc No. 90 ; Page No. 19;
Book No. 10; and Series of 2018.

That I further declare that the above-described motor vehicle is free from liens
and encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any and all claims whatsoever.

December, 2018, in the City of Santiago, Philippines.
