AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT
  I, NELLIE D BACANI, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of #
176-A Carreon St., Centro East, Santiago City, Philippines after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state THAT:

1. I am the registered owner of a parcel of land covered and embraced in Transfer
Certificate of Title No. (TCT) T-201034, located at 176-A, Carreon St., Centro
East, Santiago City, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN (197)
square meters, more or less;

2. The above-cited property is adjacent to the parcel of land covered and embraced
in Transfer Certificate Title No. (TCT) TSC-29375, located at Carreon St. Centro
East, Santiago City under the name of my sister, PERLA D PEREZ as the
registered owner;

3. I hereby give my consent to my sister, PERLA D PEREZ, of legal age, Filipino

citizen, married and resident of 646 8TH Ave., APT 7. San Francisco, California,
USA, the right to open a window adjacent to my property as part of the
construction of her one (1) storey residential building;

3. I give unto her the right to act and assume all rights and responsibilities for the
accomplishment of the foregoing task;

4. I attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to the best of my own personal
knowledge and based on authentic documents or records. I am executing this
affidavit to support the application for building permit of my sister, PERLA D
PEREZ, as well as for all other legal intents and purposes it may serve;
